Clarabelle Hildegarde III

Otherwise known as the Duchess of Dairy is Lolli's master and caretaker.

She's an eccentric ruler with a slightly unhealthy adoration for cute fat things, whose subjects often describe as a jolly, yet nonsensical presence. She's also somewhat of a rival with the Queen of Bees...somewhat because Clarabelle herself actually considers the two of them good friends, but the Queen being her jealous, tsundere self has a personal vendetta with Clarabelle and her..."endowment" and plots against her in various ways. Most usually end up backfiring and ultimately failing, but that doesn't stop her from continuing with her plans.

Clarabelle comes from a long line of matriarchal cow breeders and can tell by near 6th sense which cows are the best for milk production. In addition to this, because of a genetic mutation in her family line, the women have a special ability to lactate without being pregnant and the the milk produced is far above the cut of regular cow's milk. She makes her own special stock of "Hildegarde Brand" personally and it is almost exclusively available to the upper class based on it price. The price is warranted however, as the duchess's milk has been described as otherworldly, often bringing those who consume it to tears at how delicious it is. With a combination of an army of prized cows and her own "girls", Clarabelle has a near monopoly on dairy production in her kingdom and the surrounding area.   

Now I have a backstory for how the Duchess met Lolli, but I'll save that for another time. For now, just the Duchess.
